During my recent stay at the Courtyard Richmond North/Glen Allen, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near Virginia Center Commons Mall and a myriad of dining and shopping options, perfect for my city break with friends. The modern lounge and state-of-the-art lobby provided inviting spaces to unwind after exploring Richmond's charm. The experience was marred by the state of my bathroom, which was less than satisfactory, necessitating a shower in flip-flops due to cleanliness concerns. Despite these setbacks, the indoor pool and well-equipped gym offered an excellent opportunity for relaxation and recreation. I also want to acknowledge the standout customer service from certain staff members, especially the attentive young lady at check-in who brightened my day. It’s essential for hotels to maintain high standards, as small details can enhance guests' overall experience.
